Walk for Recovery
Walk for Recovery is a one-mile walk around the City of Mission that takes place during Bike for the Brain. Walk for recovery officially starts at 10:00 AM, and you can walk, jog, or run the route. You can even take several laps to make it approximately a 5k or a 10k walk/run. This is not competitve or timed, but it will be fun! Walk for Recovery is free, but donations are still accepted, and will go to raising money to help mental health agencies in our community. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate!
You can sign up for Walk for Recovery, donate, and of course sign up for the Bike for the Brain ride all at bikeforthebrain.eventbrite.com.
Volunteer at Bike for the Brain
In order to make Bike for the Brain a huge success, we rely on volunteers to help with all sorts of tasks. From registration and check in, to assisting with parking, to working at a rest stop, (and more), there are all sorts of opportunities to volunteer. We need help not only on the day of the ride itself, but in the days leading up to the event. See what we still need help with and sign up to volunteer at b4bvolunteering.eventbrite.com.
We look forward to seeing you!
